CARE will host a Jeopardy event with the Residential Halls in Wall Main, Tercero, on April 9th from 5:30–6:30 PM. This event aims to educate residential hall members, students, and other UC Davis–affiliated individuals about sexual assault, sexual harassment, boundaries, and consent. Hosting this program before Picnic Day allows us to increase visibility of CARE as a resource for those impacted by sexual assault, trauma, violence, stalking, or related experiences, as well as for those supporting someone affected. The Jeopardy format will provide a safe, engaging space for students to ask questions and learn about consent and boundaries, which are important lifelong skills. We will also provide self-care kits and home essentials as prizes, which are especially relevant as students prepare for spring quarter transitions, move-out, and Picnic Day.
